Where do I start?

The first step is a FREE discovery call. During this call, we will talk about a little about you and what you want to make happen, we will talk timeline and costs and most importantly, whether we both think we are a good fit together.  

How does it work?

I meet with clients once per week for 45-60 min on Zoom Video Conferencing and we work together for a minimum of 6 weeks.

Each week we meet and focus on what needs to be done to reaching your goals, we explore barriers to achievement and develop action plans around these.  We partner in implementing your plan of action and I hold you to what we decide to do.

Change isn’t easy, especially if you are going it alone. You don’t have to do this on your own. With me in your corner, I can support you on your journey.

What can I expect to get out of coaching?

With coaching, you can expect to feel better, which is what all of us really want in the end. It’s a journey of self-discovery, you will challenge yourself emotionally and mentally, but you will come out in a better place by the end. You will experience a major shift in your confidence as you go after what you want. Expect to feel more enegised, to embrance the feeling that “you have this” and that you now  CHOOSE how you want your life to be rather than a default life.
